These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

"We," "us," "our" refers to Brightworks Customs.
"You," "your" refers to the user of the website and/or the purchaser of products.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available.
We offer refunds on purchases that are not custom-made. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
If you are unsatisfied with any order that was custom made, please contact us to discuss options.
Please be aware, while we will always try to use the very best piece of leather we can for your custom order, leather by nature can and does have flaws at times. Lets face it, it was once a cow. They get branded and stuff. Their skin goes through hell. But in all seriousness, leather does have flaws, and sometimes it is just unavoidable, but we will always do what we can to avoid blemished areas in our initial cuts, or use our knowledge and craftmanship to "tool out" those areas so that those flawed areas are invisible to the naked eye.
